Description
Format: Horizontal
More cats. More stripes. More joy. The Clowder is a bold childrens art print canvas featuring five folk art cats — yellow, black, white, pink, and red — each one drowsy, each one wedged contentedly into a grid of colourful striped blocks in orange, blue, pink, black, and cream. It is the landscape companion to Cat Nap, and together they make a wall worth looking at every single day.
The illustration style is exactly what a child's room deserves: immediately readable, warm and bold without being garish, and full of the kind of small details that reward a second and third look. Each cat has its own expression and marking — the black cat with blue stripe, the pink tabby curled at the bottom, the neat white cat with orange ears — all coexisting happily in a composition that feels as designed as it does playful.
The textured brushwork gives the piece a handmade quality that sets it apart from anything printed off a digital template. These cats feel drawn, felt, made. That quality carries through at every size, and the larger you go, the more the individual brushstrokes and colour blocks come alive on the wall.
Printed on hand-stretched, gallery-quality canvas with archival, fade-resistant inks. Available rolled, stretched, or in a floater frame — our oak floater frame makes this a proper room piece rather than just a print.

My art blends a love for traditional forms with a modern, abstract approach. I find inspiration everywhere — from the rich culture of my Italian heritage to the world around me.
When I am in my studio, time seems to fade. I become completely absorbed in the process — and it is that feeling I try to pass on to every collector who brings my work home.
Customer Reviews

Beautifully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The colours are even more vibrant in person — the red has this warm, almost textured quality that you just can't capture in a photograph. It now hangs above my sofa and completely anchors the room.
The quality is outstanding — this is genuine gallery-level printing. The frame arrived perfectly assembled and was ready to hang in minutes. Chiara's work has a quiet, contemplative quality that photographs don't do justice to. Very happy with my purchase.
I bought this as a gift for my partner and it made an incredible impression. The packaging alone felt luxurious — double-boxed, corner-protected, and wrapped carefully. The artwork itself is even more expressive in person. We will definitely order again.
