Refund Policy

You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns conflict with our commitment to sustainability, as every return leaves a carbon footprint. To qualify for a full refund, simply email us a picture of the item at support@rossettiart.com. After that, you can either keep the item or consider donating it to someone in need.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns are not accepted. Our handmade products are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned.
In Case of Damage:
If damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days upon valid proof (e.g., screenshot showing damage on the logistic company’s website).
Delivered But Not Received:
- If delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
- If delivered to the correct address but not received, and proof of delivery is provided, refund requests may be denied.
- If the buyer refuses or fails to receive the product, refund requests will be denied.
