Dark & Moody Wall Art: High-Gloss Acrylic Prints
Dark and moody wall art sets the mood of a whole room: deep black, charcoal and one controlled accent color. On high-gloss acrylic (acrylic glass) the darks stay rich and the detail stays sharp, which is why acrylic suits this style better than a flat matte surface. Every piece is made to order and ready to hang, with No Frame or a 1.5-inch frame in Black, Gold, Oak or White.
Moody wall art for bedrooms, offices and lounges
These pieces work above a bed or dresser, in a dressing room, a home office or a lounge. Dark Wall Art ("Silence Is Power") uses a single vivid red accent on black. Calming Wall Art ("Rise Above the Noise") is a black-and-white portrait with fine white line art. Because acrylic is glossy, hang it on a wall that does not face a bright window or lamp. Use the Live Preview button on any product page to see the piece on your own wall.

What is an acrylic print?
An acrylic print is an image printed on a sheet of acrylic, a clear, glass-like plastic, instead of paper or canvas. Ours are printed directly on 3 mm high-gloss acrylic, which gives strong color, sharp detail and a glossy finish.
What are the disadvantages of acrylic prints?
The glossy surface reflects light, so avoid hanging it opposite a bright window or lamp. Acrylic also shows dust and fingerprints more easily than canvas, and it should be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. It often costs more than a canvas print of the same size.
What is better, canvas or acrylic?
Neither is better for every wall. Acrylic gives a glossy, high-contrast, modern look with vivid color. Canvas gives a softer, textured, painterly look with less glare. Read our acrylic vs canvas print guide for a side-by-side comparison.
Are Rossetti Art acrylic prints ready to hang?
Yes. Every acrylic print is ready to hang, whether you choose No Frame, with no visible frame around the edges, or a Black, Gold, Oak or White floating frame.
How long does delivery take for acrylic prints?
Production takes 3 to 5 business days, and shipping takes 8 to 10 business days. Shipping is free worldwide.
Can I return an acrylic print?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it or refund you.
