Production & Shipping

Your Canvas Print will be produced and shipped from the nearest facility to ensure faster delivery and avoid customs fees.

Production Facilities:
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe
(EU orders are produced in the Czech Republic. UK orders are produced locally in the UK.)

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

📌 Returns & Refunds (Canvas Prints)

1. Standard Canvas Prints — 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused, with all tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Oversized Canvas Prints — Non-Returnable

Oversized products cannot be returned due to international freight restrictions, high dimensional-weight shipping costs, custom packaging, and high risk of damage during reverse shipping.

Oversized Sizes:

  • Square: 36×36 in (90×90 cm) and above

  • Vertical / Horizontal: 32×48 in (80×120 cm) and above

These items are final sale.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • The customer is responsible for arranging the courier

  • The customer must cover all shipping costs

  • A valid tracking number is required

  • Rossetti Art is not responsible for coordinating or arranging the return shipment


4. Return Authorization (RMA)

To start a return, email us at:

within 30 days of delivery.

After approval:

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days

  • You must provide a tracking number

  • You are responsible for choosing the courier and ensuring safe delivery


5. Damages & Issues

To support sustainability, Rossetti Art may issue a full refund without requiring a return.

To qualify:

Email clear photos of the item to:

Once approved, you may keep or donate the item.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get another item is to return the eligible one first.
Once approved, you may place a new order.


7. Refunds

You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Banks and card providers may require additional processing time.

  • Rolled Canvas: 8–10 business days (air ✈️)

  • Stretched Canvas & Frame (up to 71"×71"): 8–10 business days (air ✈️)

  • Oversized (79″×79″ and above): 20–50 business days (sea 🚢).
    ✈️ Expedited air shipping available upon request.

Returns 🚫

No returns are accepted, as each piece is handmade and custom-created.

Damage in Transit

Full refund within 3 business days upon valid proof (photo evidence or courier report).

Delivered but Not Received

  • Wrong address → full refund or replacement within 3 business days

  • Correct address with delivery proof → refund may be denied

  • Buyer refusal or failure to receive → refunds denied

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any import duties.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.


📦 Shipping Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

For security and insurance reasons, we cannot modify the shipping address after an order has been placed.

👉 If you entered an incorrect address, you must cancel the order and place a new order with the correct shipping details.

Orders are always shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout.
