Production & Shipping

Your Canvas Print will be produced and shipped from the nearest facility to ensure faster delivery and avoid customs fees.

Facilities: United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

EU orders are produced in the Czech Republic, UK orders are produced locally in the UK.

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.
  • The customer must choose the courier/shipping company, pay for the service, and provide a valid tracking number.
  • Rosetti Art is not responsible for coordinating the return shipment on the customer’s behalf.

Return Authorization (RMA)

  • To start a return, email us at support@rossettiart.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

Damages & Issues

In line with our sustainability commitment, we may offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

To qualify, email us a clear photo of the product at support@rossettiart.com. After approval, you may either keep the item or donate it to someone in need.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get another item is to return the original and place a new order once approved.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Customs & Import Taxes

Canvas Prints are produced locally in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, so no import duties apply in these regions.

  • Free worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx.
  • Rolled Canvas: 8–10 business days (by air ✈️)
  • Stretched Canvas & Frame (Small to Large Sizes up to 71"x71"): 8–10 business days (by air ✈️)
  • Oversized (79"x79" and above): 20–50 business days (by sea 🚢). Expedited air shipping available on request.

Returns 🚫

No returns are accepted, as these pieces are handmade and created exclusively for you.

In Case of Damage

If damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days upon valid proof (e.g., photo evidence or courier report).

Delivered but Not Received

  • Wrong address: full refund or replacement within 3 business days.
  • Correct address with proof of delivery: refund requests may be denied.
  • Buyer refusal or failure to receive: refunds will be denied.

Shipping Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout.

For security and insurance reasons, we are not able to modify the shipping address after an order has been placed.

👉 If you entered an incorrect address, you are required to cancel the order and place a new order with the correct shipping address.

Orders will always be shipped exactly to the address provided during checkout.
