Your CANVAS PRINT will be printed and shipped from the nearest production facility to ensure faster delivery and avoid customs fees.

CANVAS PRINTS are crafted and shipped from our facilities in the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, ensuring fast and reliable delivery without import taxes.

For orders within the EU, printing and shipping take place in our facility in the Czech Republic, while UK orders are printed and shipped directly within the UK.

When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its journey.

Returns :

We have a 30-day return policy for CANVAS PRINT, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you have any doubts about the size of the painting, we offer you a accurate representation of the artwork on your wall. Just send us a picture of your desired wall, and which artwork you would like to see on the wall to support@rossettiart.com.

You must of course return the box and the work in whole condition. Please make sure it is well wrapped when returning it. I recommend that you save the box and the plastic that the work is wrapped in upon receipt, then you can easily reuse this upon return.

Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact us at support@rossettiart.com. If your return is accepted, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own and send it to us.

Once we have received the product and it is all good we will make the refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@rossettiart.com.

Please note, that the price for the return postage can be higher than the price that you paid to have the product shipped to you. That's because our shipping price is often higher than the one you actually paid.

You have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues:

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns conflict with our commitment to sustainability, as every return leaves a carbon footprint. To qualify for a full refund, simply email us a picture of the item at support@rossettiart.com. After that, you can either keep the item or consider donating it to someone in need.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Canvas Print art is produced and shipped from the United States, UK, Canada, Australia,New Zealand and Europe. Tax exemptions apply in countries like the US, UK, Canada, Australia,New Zealand and Europe.

In Case of Damage:

If damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days upon valid proof (e.g., screenshot showing damage on the logistic company’s website).

Delivered But Not Received:

In case of delivery to an incorrect address, the order will be promptly refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
If ORIGINAL PAINTING delivered to the correct address and proof of delivery is provided, refund requests may be denied.
If the buyer refuses or fails to receive the product, refund requests will be denied.
