Damaged Product
Have you received a damaged product?
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Please follow these instructions:
- Send a photo of:
- Photos of the damage
- Photo of the entire print
- Photo of package label, text/barcode must be legible
- Photo of packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)
- Photo of the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage to the package. Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.
I need these photos so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivered But Not Received
- If delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
- If delivered to the correct address but not received, and proof of delivery is provided, refund requests may be denied.
- If the buyer refuses or fails to receive the product, refund requests will be denied.
Shipping Address Policy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout.
For security and insurance reasons, we are not able to modify the shipping address after an order has been placed.
👉 If you entered an incorrect address, you are required to cancel the order and place a new order with the correct shipping address.
Orders will always be shipped exactly to the address provided during checkout.
