Each piece is signed on the back by our Rossetti Gallery artists, with initials and the year it was completed.

The medium depends on the specific painting: some are oil on canvas, others are plaster or textured (palette-knife, 3D impasto) or acrylic.

Yes. You approve a photo of your finished painting before it ships. You have 3 business days to approve or ask for an adjustment, and up to 3 free adjustments of colour, tone or detail are included. Nothing ships before you approve.

An optional floater frame is available in PVC, wood or aluminium, in several finishes.

Before production starts you can cancel and your payment is returned in full. After production has started and before you approve the photo, if you still do not like the painting after up to 3 adjustments, you can cancel and your payment is returned minus up to 30% to cover the artist's work. After approval or once shipped, orders are final sale, except for damage in transit: report it within 7 days of delivery with 4 photos (close-up, whole painting, outer box and shipping label) and we will confirm a replacement.
