2. Do you offer free shipping for original paintings?
Yes! We provide free worldwide shipping. Each painting is carefully packaged with protective layers and insured to ensure safe delivery.
3. How long does delivery take?
Original paintings usually ship within 2 weeks. Delivery times depend on your location:
- USA & Canada , Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand : 5–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–15 business days
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
4. What if my original painting arrives damaged?
We take every precaution with insured shipping. In the rare case of damage, please send us photos immediately. We will work with you to provide a solution, either repair or replacement if possible, depending on the artwork.
5. What is your return policy?
Since original paintings are handmade, one-of-a-kind works, created specifically during your order, we cannot accept returns or refunds. This policy ensures the exclusivity and authenticity of every painting.
6. Will the painting look exactly like the photo online?
Yes — but please note that every painting is handmade, so small natural variations in texture, brushstrokes, and color depth add to its uniqueness. Colors may also vary slightly due to screen settings.
7. Do original paintings come ready to hang?
Yes. All paintings are shipped on stretched canvas, mounted on a professional PVC frame, and arrive ready to hang. Larger pieces may include additional support for secure installation.
8. Can I commission a custom painting?
Absolutely! If you would like a custom size, theme, or color palette, please contact us at support@rossettiart.com to discuss your commission. Chiara Rossetti creates bespoke artworks tailored to your vision.
9. How are original paintings signed?
Each painting includes the artist’s hand-signed signature and the year of completion, either on the front (discreetly) or the back, depending on the artwork. Certificates of authenticity are also included.
10. Do you offer installment payments or bulk discounts?
For select original artworks, installment payments may be arranged upon request. Since these are one-of-a-kind, bulk discounts do not apply, but we are happy to discuss flexible solutions for collectors or galleries.
11. Will I have to pay any customs or import taxes for original paintings ?
If your order is shipped within the United States, all taxes and import duties are already included in the price — you will not pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For all other destinations outside the USA, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the product price
