How do you ensure the authenticity of your paintings?
Every original painting is authenticated by artist Chiara Rossetti with a signed certificate of authenticity, which verifies its uniqueness and provenance. This certificate includes details about the artwork’s materials, creation date, and the artist’s story. Looking ahead, we’re excited to integrate NFT-based digital certificates in 2025-2026, leveraging blockchain technology to provide immutable proof of ownership and authenticity for collectors.
What materials are used in your paintings?
I use premium materials, including archival-quality canvases, acrylic/oil paints, and varnishes to ensure longevity. Material details are listed with each artwork.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide using insured carriers, with all paintings carefully packaged to prevent damage. Delivery times vary by size:
- Standard Sizes (Rolled Canvas, Stretched Canvas & Frame):
Up to 71”x71” | 180x180cm are shipped via air freight, arriving in 8–10 business days. - Oversized Stretched Canvas & Frame:
Larger pieces (79”x79” | 200x200cm, 99”x99” | 250x250cm) are shipped via sea freight due to their dimensions, with delivery in 20–50 business days.
All orders include tracking details and insurance for peace of mind.
Can I return a painting if I don’t like it?
Because each painting is custom-created exclusively for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to personal preference. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost—simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. All pieces are packaged with reinforced materials to minimize transit risks.
How do I care for my original painting?
Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Dust gently with a dry cloth. For oil paintings, allow 6–12 months before varnishing.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify’s SSL encryption and secure payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) to protect your data.
