Yes! Every sculpture in our collection is a handcrafted, original artwork created by Chiara Rossetti . No mass-produced or factory-made pieces—each sculpture is unique and signed by the artist.
What materials are used in your sculptures?
We use premium, durable materials like bronze, marble, resin, reclaimed wood, and stainless steel, chosen for longevity and aesthetic appeal. Material details are listed on each product page.
Do you ship sculptures internationally?
Yes! We ship globally via insured freight carriers. Smaller sculptures (up to 40”/1m) ship via air in 7–14 days. Larger pieces (over 40”/1m) are crated and shipped via sea, taking 20–50 days. All items are securely packaged to prevent damage.
Can I commission a custom sculpture?
Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke sculptures. Share your vision, size, and material preferences, and Chiara will create a personalized masterpiece. Lead times vary based on complexity.
How do I install or display a large sculpture?
For indoor pieces, ensure stable flooring or pedestals. Outdoor sculptures should be placed on level, weather-resistant bases. We include installation guides, and our team is available for consultation.
Are your outdoor sculptures weatherproof?
Yes! Outdoor sculptures are crafted from weather-resistant materialslike bronze, treated steel, or UV-stabilized resin. Regular maintenance (e.g., waxing bronze) ensures longevity.
How do you ensure authenticity?
Each sculpture includes a signed certificate of authenticity and a 3D scan ID for verification. Starting in 2024, we’ll also offer NFT-based provenance via blockchain.
What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
We guarantee safe delivery. If damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost. Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order pieces.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryptionand trusted payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe) for secure transactions. Your data is never shared with third parties.
